“We recently surveyed our users and found that 85% of them think that AI in Gmail is most helpful when it leverages their content to generate tailored responses,” Gmail’s Head of Product, VP Blake Barnes, advised reporters in a convention name on Wednesday. “They don’t want a generic assistant.” A December ballot by Google Workspace and The Harris Ballot discovered that 92% of information employees ages 22-39 need AI with personalization.
