PepsiCo, Inc. (NASDAQ: PEP) reported its fourth quarter 2025 earnings outcomes in the present day.

Web income elevated 5.6% year-over-year to $29.3 billion. Natural income progress was 2.1%.

Web earnings attributable to PepsiCo grew to $2.54 billion, or $1.85 per share, from $1.52 billion, or $1.11 per share, final 12 months. Core EPS rose 11% to $2.26 on a continuing foreign money foundation.

Income and earnings beat expectations.

Revenues elevated 1.5% to $8.3 billion within the PepsiCo Meals North America (PFNA) section and 4% to $8.2 billion within the PepsiCo Drinks North America (PBNA) section. Revenues within the Worldwide Drinks Franchise (IB Franchise) division grew 3.5% to $1.57 billion. Revenues elevated 12% to $6 billion in EMEA and 11% to $3.6 billion in LatAm Meals. Revenues rose 5% to $1.5 billion in Asia Pacific Meals.

For fiscal 12 months 2026, the corporate expects web income progress of 4-6% and natural income progress of 2-4% together with core EPS progress of approx. 5-7%.

The inventory was down 1% in premarket hours on Tuesday.
