Chen and Ho appeared in courtroom in Florida yesterday, Raymond appeared in courtroom in Alabama, and Li appeared in courtroom in California on Thursday. 

The indictment describes Raymond because the CEO and sole proprietor of an unnamed distributor of U.S. expertise merchandise licensed to promote Nvidia GPUs.
